Julia Byrne

Board Member, Co-Secretary

Julia is a writer, performer, and artist with a passion for nature and creative sustainability. She was born and raised in the Atlanta suburbs and graduated from Emory University in 2020 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and Creative Writing. At Emory, she got to know Adam and Malina, two wonderful artists and co-founders of AGTA!

After graduating, she has collaborated with AGTA for several plays, including production of her own play, To Serve the Hive. You might have seen her at workshops through Working Title Playwrights, on stage with Clown Corp, LLC, or on the trails around Burnt Fork Creek, her favorite place to find fresh air.

To see more, find her @juliabyrneartist or at juliabyrneartist.com.

If you want to have a long conversation, ask her why science and art have more in common than people think!
