Amy Smith is an arts and production manager originally from Phoenix, AZ.  She made Atlanta home in 2005 and started at The Fox Theatre where she remained until 2023. Currently she is the Production Manager with The Atlanta Opera.  Amy has a BFA in Arts and Stage Management from Emerson College in Boston, MA.  Before Atlanta, she worked across the US as stage, production, and company managers for multiple companies.  Besides show adventures, she has two children and a wonderful husband.  She is excited to be part of AGTA for the past 2 years and help the Atlanta theater community and the community as a whole grow in environmental consciousness.
